What to expect

Before your visit

• You will receive a written confirmation with your practitioner's expected arrival window.
• Please prepare a sofa, bed or reclining chair and roughly 2 x 2 m of accessible space.
• Have a sink and a nearby socket available.
• Pets must be fully separated for the whole visit — in a closed room away from the treatment area, not just kept out of it.
• Complete your health and safety intake form as soon as possible after booking.

Your 60-minute Signature Ritual

1. Warm landing and orientation.
2. Hands and forearms.
3. Feet and lower legs.
4. Face.
5. Optional scalp.
6. Slow, unhurried closing.

Every area is optional. Time from a skipped area is added to the parts the client prefers.

What's included

• The client remains fully clothed throughout the ritual.
• Hands and forearms.
• Feet and lower legs.
• Face.
• Optional scalp and head touch.
• Warm compresses and a slow, predictable transition between each area.
• The option to skip any area without explanation.
• Practical communication only, quiet after the introduction, or light conversation — selected in advance.
• Fragrance-free as the default option.

What it is not

• Not a full-body massage.
• Not a medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation service.
• No diagnosis, treatment promise or claim to cure burnout, trauma, pain or nervous-system conditions.
• No requirement to undress, host the practitioner, prepare drinks or maintain conversation.

You do not need to host us

You do not need to prepare drinks, clean your home or keep a conversation going. Your practitioner only needs access to the treatment space, a sink and a nearby socket.
