Terms and conditions

The service

Otulona Amsterdam offers the Otulona Signature Ritual as a home-visit-only pilot service. It is a non-medical, fully clothed wellness ritual and is not physiotherapy, rehabilitation, diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. The service is designed for women.

Booking and payment

Full payment is required online at the time of booking via Mollie.
A booking is confirmed only after Mollie reports a successful payment status.
An unpaid reservation is held for approximately 15 minutes before it expires automatically.

Pricing, discounts and short-notice bookings

The Founding Offer code FIRSTOTULONA applies to a client's first paid appointment only, verified by account, email and phone number.
The Founding Offer must be booked and paid by 2026-08-31, with the visit itself taking place by 2026-09-14.
Appointments booked 24-48 hours in advance include a short-notice fee, which cannot be reduced by a discount code.
Appointments requested less than 24 hours in advance cannot be booked automatically and are confirmed manually.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Placeholder policy — not yet approved. Confirm the exact windows and any refund percentage with the Otulona team before launch.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Each booking may be rescheduled once free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows are treated as a completed booking and are not refunded.

Service area and eligibility

Home visits are available throughout the Amsterdam region, as defined by a configurable postcode range in the admin panel (a placeholder covering the wider Amsterdam municipality by default). Addresses outside this range may still request a visit; a travel surcharge of approximately EUR 0.50 per kilometer beyond the region applies and is confirmed manually before payment, since the exact distance can't be priced automatically from a postcode alone.

Home visit requirements

Pets must be fully separated from the treatment area for the entire duration of the visit — kept in a separate, closed room, not simply out of the immediate treatment space. Visits may be paused or ended early if this is not maintained.
The client confirms they understand the Otulona Signature Ritual is a non-medical wellness service. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide a substitute for medical, physiotherapy or psychological care, and Otulona and its practitioners accept no liability for outcomes related to conditions that require professional medical attention.

Practitioner assignment

Otulona does not guarantee that any specific individual personally performs every appointment. The assigned practitioner is confirmed in writing before the visit. If the practitioner changes after booking, the client will be notified and may accept the change, reschedule, or follow this cancellation policy.
