Contact and address details needed to schedule and carry out a home visit.
Short service preferences (conversation style, scent, treatment areas) collected before payment.
Health and safety intake information (allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, circulation history, areas not to be touched) collected only after payment, only when needed for a safe visit.

How health information is handled

Health and safety information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised practitioners and managers involved in delivering your visit. It is used only to support a safe, non-medical wellness service and is not used for diagnosis or treatment.

Consent

By booking, you consent to a non-medical wellness service and retain the right to pause, skip, or stop any part of the ritual at any time, without needing to explain why.
